Job Description

  • Lead strategy and execution for new store openings
  • Curate seasonal assortments tailored to consumer preferences
  • Manage store operations including staffing, SOPs, and customer service
  • Oversee inventory planning, replenishment, and demand forecasting
  • Collaborate with visual merchandising and buying teams for different styles and seasons
  • Monitor store performance and drive profitability

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years in retail operations, preferably in fashion/lifestyle
  • Strong grasp of store planning, inventory, and visual merchandising
  • Experience with seasonal buying and assortment planning
  • Ability to interpret consumer behavior and translate into strategy
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment
