Job Description

  • Manage and motivate the team to drive sales and meet revenue objectives.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Develop business strategies to expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
  • Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.
  • Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
  • Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.).

The Successful Applicant

A successful Retail Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of overall experience in the retail industry, preferably in the luxury segment.
  • Open to Bangalore as a location
  • Candidate should come with experience working in the Jewellery/Accessories industry, dealing specifically with luxury brands.
