This role executes the South Asia distribution plan by maintaining the Regional Distribution Master Plan, identifying and acquiring new retail locations, and leading landlord negotiations. It manages the real estate network, supports lease finalization, and collaborates with the Retail Architecture team to ensure store design, layout, and costs align with business and operational goals.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement business development strategies for the South Asia region.
  • Identify and secure retail property opportunities to support expansion plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and property partners.
  • Oversee retail operations to ensure alignment with company goals and industry standards.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize retail performance and customer experience.
  • Prepare and present reports on business performance and property management.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the region.

The Successful Applicant

* University Degree in business or equivalent experience.

* Minimum 5-8 years of work experience in a fashion customer- and commercial- focused retail operations environment.

* Experience in driving distribution development for South Asia business.

* Solid understanding of retail trade and leasing development

* Strong business acumens and rapport building skills

* Good understanding of the operational model and the respective cross-functional divisions

* Proficient numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills
