Job Description



- Lead and manage flagship research studies on executive pay and incentives.

- Build and refine proprietary compensation frameworks, benchmarks and data models.

- Collect, analyze, and summarize disclosures, filings, and market practices into actionable insights.

- Improve efficiency of research processes across primary and secondary data.

- Manage internal knowledge systems and support the growth of the research team.

- Collaborate with technical, industry and delivery teams to align research with client needs.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have strong experience in B2B research and surveys, with expertise in both primary and secondary data collection. They will bring technical skills in data management, modeling and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, DBMS) along with the ability to transform data into compelling insights. Strong project management, collaboration, and storytelling abilities are essential, and familiarity with executive compensation regulations will be an advantage.
