Our client is an Agri-tech firm with marquee investors. Agri-tech in India is a growing industry with a several firms stepping into transforming the way agriculture is done in India.

Our client focuses on solving one such issue, which will enable growth of animal husbandry.

Job Description

  • Will be responsible for creating business opportunities in North India (HR, RJ, UP)
  • Develop and track sales projections, can manage region-wise P&Ls
  • Liaisoning between Operations, Sales and Marketing
  • Setup and scale sales team (including field sales team)
  • Set up process for seller identification, onboarding, account management and sales fulfillment

The Successful Applicant

You will have experience of 3-5 years working on organisation which are C2C or P2P model. You must have experience in working with Tier-2/ Tier-3/ Rural markets. You should come with a proven track record of growing sales teams and delivering results.
