Our client is a global leader in hearing aid devices segment known for their strong global presence and leading market shares. They are valued in the industry for their excellent work culture and employee friendly policies.

As a part of their growth trajectory in India, they are looking to hire a strong RSM, to lead sales for overall Delhi NCR region based out of their office in Gurgaon.

Job Description

Reporting into Director Sales, your responsibilities would include the following:

  • Achieves sales revenue goals in a defined sales territory.
  • Responsible for all sales activities to include: audits, training, and full solutions within assigned territory.
  • Develops and implements agreed upon business/marketing plan which will meet both personal and business goals by expanding customer base in the assigned territory.
  • Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term overall account goals in line with company's vision and values.
  • Develops a database maintained in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system of qualified leads attained through consultant referrals, face-to-face meetings, calls, direct mail, email, and networking.
  • Sells and makes recommendations to prospects and clients on the various solutions the company offers to solve their business issue

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 6 years of experience In working in premium devices segment preferable in ENT space

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to liaise with senior stakeholders externally & internally within the organisation
