Our client is building a unique Health-care ecosystem to help small Opex suppliers & hospitals with access to credit and providing market linkages to increase business. They are a team of highly spirited individuals who are collectively driven to make a larger impact in the Indian Health-care system.

Job Description

  • Develop regional strategy and business plans with support from regional teams
  • Understand, localise and implement market and distribution strategies and enterprise growth opportunities in line
  • Taking complete responsibility of the P&L for the assigned region
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with customers in different phases of customer cycles
  • Proficient in acquiring and managing partnerships with different health-care institutions
  • Collaborate with multiple cross functional teams in sales and marketing, product, technical division providing specific understanding and insights of the market
  • Build the sales funnel for a new category from scratch

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-5 years of experience in FMCG Supply chain / Consulting / B2B Commerce start-ups / Fin-tech start-ups / Pharma sales
  • Proven track record in sales management
  • Commercial understanding of the health-care products & industry know how
  • On-ground experience and willingness to get hands dirty and solve real world problems
