Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the Eastern India region
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the retail and electrical sectors
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and market insights
  • Conduct regular team meetings to ensure sales strategies are aligned with the company's goals
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Sales Manager East should have:

  • 12+ years of sales experience with a minimum of 4+ years in a leadership capacity
  • Strong OEM connects across Hardware/Software OEM's
  • Software selling is a major plus
  • Candidate should mandatorily come with an experience of selling to Eastern India geography
