Job Description

  • Handle the entire Sales function as an Individual contributor
  • Develop & execute the sales and marketing strategy for products
  • Generate leads and commit to customer service by building relationship
  • Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our product
  • Maximize the sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight to the needs of the client
  • Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
  • Perform incisive and insightful market and competitive research to identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of emerging competitionQualify, develop, and maintain thorough company and product knowledge, research consumer needs, and identify how our solutions can meet them
  • Should maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience selling Enterprise software products to BFSI/Manufacturing/Pharma/IT
  • Direct sales experience is a must
  • Experience selling to MNCs or India enterprises closing large deals
  • Experience selling CRM/ERP solutions/platforms
  • Understanding of software testing product/market is a plus
