Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives in the retail industry.

  • Drive employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations in Kwun Tong and the region.
  • Manage performance management processes and drive development plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address organizational needs.
  • Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and workforce planning.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional HRBP South West Asia should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in human resources within the retail or homewares/DIY industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in HR tools and systems.
