Job Description

  • Drive new logo acquisition across the North region with a strong hunting mindset
  • Own end-to-end sales cycles for infrastructure and cloud solutions
  • Build and execute regional sales strategies aligned to business objectives
  • Engage CXO-level stakeholders across BFSI, government and enterprise clients
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, solutioning and delivery teams for deal closure
  • Represent the organisation in strategic client discussions and negotiations
  • Track market trends, competitors and customer needs to refine go-to-market plans
  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and growth targets

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in enterprise B2B sales within IT infrastructure and cloud
  • Strong track record of new logo acquisition and hunting roles
  • Experience selling managed services, cloud or digital infrastructure solutions
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence complex buying decisions
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven professional comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor
  • Willingness to manage a regional mandate in a fully remote setup
