Our client is one of the leading QSR firms headquartered out of Delhi NCR, with a pan India presence with 2000+ store outlets.

Job Description

  • Drive the end-to-end people agenda for the whole zone, including defining the HR strategy localised for the region, whilst being anchored in the central ethos of the organisation
  • Work with the regional leaders to design the regional business plan and enable the same with appropriate HR support
  • Oversee store-level compliance including social welfare, statutory filings, and applicability and implementation of various labour laws
  • Ensure robust manpower planning and hiring to enable store expansion in the zone.
  • Manage employee retention and engagement by driving compensation and benefits plans, and learning and development initiatives for the region.
  • Create effective succession plans and career paths for various leadership positions in the region

The Successful Applicant

An ideal candidate should:

  • Come with 12+ years of experience in the retail/QSR domain
  • Have a hands-on understanding about store level operations, preferably for 100+ stores, with a key focus on compliance and talent acquisition
  • Have managed a sizeable team to drive different people's agenda
  • Have a collaborative style of working with stakeholders from various functions
