About Our Client

Our client is an RBI registered NBFC in India with a strong workforce across multiple locations.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute quality control strategies and initiatives tailored to branches operating in rural areas of the East region of India.
  • Establish and enforce quality standards and benchmarks for operations across rural branches, focusing on customer service, lending practices, and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
  • Analyse branch performance data and quality metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor customer feedback and complaints related to service quality and take proactive measures to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee preparation and presentation of periodic reports on quality control performance, key findings, and recommendations to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Regional Head BQC' should have:

  • 14+ years of overall experience in the branch quality control and last 6 - 7 years should be in a bank or NBFC
  • Open to relocate to the East Region of India - Kolkata/Patna/Bhubaneshwar
  • Candidate should come with experience of managing MFI, Risk, Internal audit and should be open to extensive travel
