Job Description



  • Drive regional financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in alignment with global priorities.


  • Act as a strategic advisor to regional finance teams, supporting data-driven decision-making.


  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across global offices to ensure financial alignment.


  • Provide insights on performance metrics, risks, and opportunities to support business growth.


  • Support the development of streamlined financial processes and reporting standards across the region.

The Successful Applicant



  • 10-12 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, and business partnering.


  • Background in a multinational or regionally matrixed environment is preferred.


  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is preferred.


  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in working with financial models and data.


  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders across regions.


  • Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities and working across functions.
