With robust R&D, regulatory-compliant facilities, and scalable operations, they deliver value across the drug development lifecycle-from clinical development to commercial manufacturing.

Job Description

The key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end business development for the North American API market.
  • Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and existing account management.
  • Develop strategic plans based on market intelligence and competitor benchmarking.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across R&D, operations, and regulatory to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior leadership.

The Successful Applicant

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in handling API business in North America, preferably in a reputed CDMO or pharma company.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory and quality standards applicable in the US.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and advanced Excel-based reporting.
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed.
