Job Description

Reporting to the business head you will:

  • Lead the R&D team to develop new products and improve existing ones in the plastic industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align R&D activities with business objectives.
  • Oversee the design and execution of experiments to test product performance and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements during product development.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support to manufacturing teams to resolve production challenges.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets effectively to meet organizational goals.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10 to 20 years of R&D experience working on engineering plastic compounds
  • Has worked on PP/PA6/PA66/PBT/ABS
