Job Description

  • Head Engineering for the India Site
  • Generate Innovative Ideas
  • Execute New Product Development Projects
  • Lead & Guide the creation of Engineering Design and Product Engineering teams via Stage Gate Process
  • Maintain high level of awareness of new technologies and products in the market
  • Deliver Value Engineering Cost Savings

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong track record in Product Engineering
  • 10-15 years of experience in heading Engineering Teams as a Strong Technical + People Manager
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple functions
  • Ability to work in a Cross Functional Team on Global Projects
  • Excellent Communication Skills
