Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka.
  • Manage and guide a team of sales professionals to ensure targets are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Implement training and development plans for the sales team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Business Manager should have:

  • 9+ years of experience in sales.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Knowledge of the Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka markets.
