Job Description

  1. Project Planning:
    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverable in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
    • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
  2. Execution and Monitoring:
    • Lead project teams, assign tasks, and manage resources effectively.
    • Track project progress, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery.
    • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and roadblocks.
  3. Stakeholder Management:
    • Communicate project updates to stakeholders, sponsors, and team members.
    • Facilitate collaboration across departments and external partners.
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
  4. Budget and Resource Management:
    • Prepare and manage project budgets.
    • Allocate resources efficiently and adjust as needed.
    • Ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards.
  5. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and lessons learned.
    • Provide regular updates and post-project evaluations to leadership.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, Engineering or relevant.
  • 7 to 10 years of proven experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Candidate with Consumer Appliances experience will be preferred
