Job Description
- Lead execution of the assigned programs & projects & responsible for all project phases
- Lead, guide and support multiple work-stream leads through the design and implementation of targeted strategies
- Identify improvement and efficiency opportunities across the projects
- Implement project review and quality assurance to ensure successful execution of goals and stakeholder satisfaction
- Work across a variety of different transformation initiatives across all our global support functions (Finance, HR, Tech, Procurement and Legal)
The Successful Applicant
- 5 - 12 years experience in project management, strategy & transformation
- MBA/Masters from Tier 1 B-school
- Experience in process improvement, continuous improvement, change management and operations
- Past experience in shared services/captives/CoE's
- Female leaders would be given the first preference
