Job Description

  • Manage and deliver large scale transformation projects within the agreed time-frames and budgets.
  • Coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Leading steering committees and scrum of scrums
  • Developing comprehensive project plans and monitoring progress.
  • Utilising industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the project life cycle.
  • Performing risk management to minimize project risks.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Program Manager' should have:

  • 13+ years of overall work experience
  • A solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • A demonstrated history of handling large scale complex transformation programs
  • Relevant experience working as a program manager in the BFSI domain
  • Open to Mumbai as a location, 5 days WFO
