Job Description

  • Drive product life-cycle and magnetisation strategies, and execution, with a strong focus on scalability and efficiency.
  • Spearhead strategic initiatives, while integrating systems with enterprise solutions SAP.
  • Collaborate with leadership on agenda building, strategy formation, and road-map development to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive the technical and product journey of a high-growth SaaS venture backed by a leading Indian conglomerate.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Program Manager should have:

  • 6-12 years of experience
  • Start-up exposure with a proven track record of delivering scalable tech products
  • Proven ability to align technical and product road-maps, ensuring strategic execution of initiatives.
  • Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and other program management methodologies, with hands-on experience using tools like JIRA or Trello.
  • Strong business sense
  • Genuine passion for technology
  • Ability to influence and drive results in high-agility environments
