Job Description

  • Strategic Planning: Defining the program vision and goals (e.g.increasing market share for specific loan types like new or used cars) that support the organization's long-term objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Analyzing market trends, competitor offerings, and customer demand to identify opportunities for new loan products or improvements to existing ones
  • Product/Program Design: Structuring loan programs, defining terms, interest rates, down payment requirements, and eligibility criteria tailored to different customer segments (e.g., new cars, used cars, electric vehicles-Cars)
  • Portfolio Performance Monitoring: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) defined in the Program parameters
  • Sales and Distribution Channel Management: Collaborating with sales teams, dealerships, and third-party intermediaries to drive loan origination volume and ensure a smooth operation.
  • Product Development & Implementation: Managing the lifecycle of auto loan products, including digital journeys, new feature builds, and offer implementation, from conception to closure.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Acting as a central hub to ensure seamless cooperation across various departments such as Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Credit Policy, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serving as the primary liaison between project teams, senior leadership, external vendors, and clients, managing expectations and communication throughout the program life cycle.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluating and enhancing existing processes and workflows to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and the overall customer experience.

The Successful Applicant

Experience & Domain Expertise:



  • 10-12 years in program/project management within the passenger vehicle or auto finance industry.


  • Strong understanding of auto loan products, including new cars, used cars, and EV financing.


  • Experience managing product lifecycles, digital journeys, and portfolio performance monitoring.



Skills & Competencies:



  • Proven ability in strategic planning, market analysis, and product/program design.


  • Strong cross-functional coordination, able to collaborate with Sales, Risk, Credit, Technology, Operations, and Marketing teams.


  • Experience in stakeholder management, serving as the primary liaison for leadership, vendors, and clients.


  • Track record in process improvement, efficiency optimization, and customer experience enhancement.



Education:



  • MBA (preferably in Finance, Marketing, or Strategy).
