Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple academic and skilling programmes
  • Own programme plans, timelines, metrics, and risk management
  • Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams and external partners
  • Track performance, drive improvements, and ensure consistent quality
  • Support new programme launches and scaling initiatives
  • Prepare concise updates and reports for leadership

The Successful Applicant

  • 4-8 years of experience in programme or project management
  • Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder initiatives at scale
  • Strong execution, organisational, and analytical skills
  • Experience in education, EdTech, or skilling programmes preferred
  • Comfortable with data, dashboards, and project management tools
