This role is responsible for managing large, cross-functional strategic programmes and current product initiatives within the Crop Production and H&F platforms, ensuring delivery against time, cost and quality objectives. The position plays a critical role in driving product enhancements, resolving quality and cost challenges, and improving customer satisfaction across the product lifecycle.

Job Description

  • Lead and deliver large-scale, multi-year programmes with multiple workstreams and phases.
  • Own strategic development for new and current products across H&F and Crop Production platforms.
  • Develop and monitor programme execution plans, timelines, budgets and deliverables.
  • Address current product quality, performance, supplier and manufacturing issues within CPM guidelines.
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives, supplier optimisation and make/buy studies to improve competitiveness.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, manufacturing, purchase and suppliers.
  • Proactively identify risks, manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Communicate programme status and progress to senior leadership and global stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Program Management Lead should have:

  • 8-15 years in programme or project management roles within a cross-functional engineering environment; exposure to off‑road or H&F products preferred.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Production or Electronics Engineering; MBA and/or PMP certification is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of complete product lifecycle management, quality processes, cost tracking and risk management.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis, reporting and programme tracking.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence diverse teams, manage multiple initiatives, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work across locations, and a structured, process-driven approach to programme execution.
