The entity focuses on high‑quality, globally benchmarked food products, leveraging strong manufacturing excellence, innovation, and robust quality systems.

Job Description

  • Lead creation of annual NPD production budgets in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
  • Develop and manage monthly production plans, ensuring optimal material resource planning based on demand and inventory.
  • Maximize production line capacity utilization and ensure achievement of planned output targets for NPD.
  • Oversee raw material readiness to prevent production stoppages and coordinate with procurement and planning teams.
  • Monitor and control all production‑related costs including manpower, materials, and rework/rejection expenses.
  • Drive OTIF (On‑Time, In‑Full) performance, troubleshoot escalations, and ensure continuity of operations with minimal downtime.
  • Partner with manufacturing excellence teams for process improvements, scale‑ups, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure strict adherence to quality norms, statutory HSEF guidelines, pest control protocols, and manage CAPA during audits.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience: Typically 10+ years in production, manufacturing, or NPD operations in Snacks/food settings.
  • Technical Skills: Strong exposure to production planning, capacity management, preventive maintenance, quality systems, and OTIF delivery.
  • Tools/Systems: Familiarity with resource planning systems, production scheduling tools, and quality management frameworks.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Production/Food Tech preferred); a master's degree is a plus.
  • Competencies: Strategic orientation, analytical thinking, process improvement, quality focus, stakeholder collaboration, and effective communication
