Evaluate their strengths and weaknesses and determine how ClearTax's unique selling propositions (USPs) can differentiate it from these competitors. Build battlecards to clearly communicate these advantages in the market.* Audience Definition: Define and segment the target audience for ClearTax products in international markets. Consider factors such as industry sectors, company sizes, and specific business needs that align with ClearTax's solutions.o Develop customer personas for key market segments, acting as the voice of the customer in product positioning and messaging.* Narrative Development: Create clear and engaging narratives around ClearTax's solutions that communicate the product's value proposition and relevance to target audiences. Adapt product messaging to address regional nuances, cultural considerations, and competitive dynamics while leveraging ClearTax's unique features. - Define product positioning and messaging at the brand, product, and use case levels to differentiate ClearTax in international markets.* Pricing & Value Communication: Pitch into pricing strategies and help enable ROI through both tangible and intangible metrics that clearly communicate the value of ClearTax's solutions to potential customers.Content Building* Sales Enablement:o Collaborate with the Sales, SDR, and Customer Success teams to develop targeted sales enablement tools and training programs to support ClearTax's product adoption.oCreate tools for sales teams, such as playbooks (MOFU, TOFU, BOFU) tailored for different personas and designations, as well as customized pitch decks for SDRs and Sales.* Marketing Enablement: Produce high-quality marketing content, including case studies, whitepapers, website copy, and more.
