Job Description

  • Define and execute product strategies for Banking & Financial Services aligned with business goals.
  • Cross-functional with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product development and delivery.
  • Critical thinking market trends to identify opportunities for product innovation.
  • Gather and prioritise customer requirements to enhance product performance.
  • Oversee end-to-end product life-cycle management, from concept to launch.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on product performance and road-map.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards within the Banking & Financial Services domain.
  • Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and product adoption.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field; MBA or equivalent product management experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in the finance industry.
  • 5+ years in product management, preferably with software development background.
  • Strong customer-focused of financial markets, especially margin, financing, and liquidity.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • CFA/FRM certifications are a plus.
