Our client is a leading telecommunications giant who provides various services. They are looking forward to connect the remotest areas of the country and make its digital presence stronger. They are now looking to develop and implement several features to make the entire user experience hassle free
Define & Develop Transformation features in Online System. Analysing customer issues and complaints and create solutions for addressing the problem online. Develop Product Road map and define business flow for all lines of business. Manage day to day business operations, issue resolutions, product configurations. Work closely with Digital agencies for designing new Micro sites and self-care features
The Successful Applicant
- MBA and B.tech degree (preferred in IT or Computer Science).
- Experience of 6+years in the relevant field.
- You must have a knowledge to analyse the existing customer's pain-points from offline channels and build features/services for self-care.
- Should be able to design & implement strategies to increase self-care usage.
- Interpretation of the business data, analyse leads patterns, make presentations and make recommendations on business findings.
- Have an intense knowledge of latest technological innovations and ability to inculcate it in the business.
