The Data & Insights team will persevere to make Unilever Data Intelligent; powering key resolutions with data, insights, advanced analytics and AI. This Data & Analytics function endeavours to create clear accountability for all aspects of Data Strategy, Data Management, Information Management, Analytics, and Insights. We would be accountable for impact of solutions, maintaining market relevance and minimising unnecessary overlaps in analytics products, ensuring simplicity and that our solutions better meet the needs of our users. We would partner with the Digital and Data Legal Counsel to ensure that our Data Defence (Privacy, Governance, Quality, etc) is well structured and sufficiently robust to use data and AI correctly throughout the enterprise. We would democratize information across the business, while supporting the culture shift required for data choice making. Further, this team would drive capacity unlock from manual and duplicative reporting capabilities, while also refocusing a portion of the unlock on embedding predictive and prescriptive analytics capabilities into our highest potential opportunities. Job Description

Key accountabilities: (Describe the role is accountable for and the responsibilities/deliverables expected) Responsible for understanding of business requirements; cost estimates; and benefits identification to feed into the business case for the new products. He/She is responsible work along with single product owners and o Align the product roadmap and deliver products across functions (CD, SC, Finance etc) for Ice cream business. o Assist the business in change impact assessments and liaise with the Product owners, D&A Market Teams & Change on the ground to support the delivery of change management o Colloborate with the Data lake & Solution Factories to ensure project deliverables are appropriately costed & scheduled in-line with project expectations o Work with the D&A Market Deployment mgrs. to test and land solutions & functionality Own products developed in BAU and work with the D&A Market teams/ Solution Factory to ensure DevOps requests are appropriately managed, budgeted and delivered

The Successful Applicant

Key Skills & Relevant experience - Essential * Understanding of the D&A landscape and overall solution architecture * Stakeholder management & ability to sell the benefits of technology-enabled solutions * Project mgmt. skills and ability to synchronize the planning & delivery of the D&A product with the delivery of the business strategy * Agile mindset and ability to plan the D&A product roadmap via consecutive Releases which align with key business needs. * Experience in delivering solutions in a complex matrix environment and leveraging multiple service lines and teams.
