Job Description

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product launches.
  2. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and translate them into product requirements.
  3. Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

  5. Manage the product lifecycle from conception to deployment and beyond.
  6. Ensure alignment of product strategy with overall business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

Build and scale core cross-border payment products-from FX to settlements and compliance workflows.

- Translate complex regulations and operational dependencies into simple, reliable product flows.

- Collaborate tightly with engineering, ops, and compliance to ship secure, high-availability systems.

- Own key product metrics including reliability, transaction success rates, and customer NPS.

- Drive data-informed decisions-analyzing user behavior, product adoption, and reconciliation outcomes.

- Stay ahead of regulatory changes and align product roadmaps with evolving frameworks.
