Our client is a fast growing Financial services company offering new age fintech solutions to banks and NBFC's.

Job Description

1. Solution Integration & Implementation
* Lead the end-to-end integration of the fintech platform with banking systems (core banking, payment systems, trade finance platforms) and corporate ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
* Collaborate with banks and corporates to design and implement API connections, host-tohost (H2H) file transfers, and real-time payment solutions.
* Ensure successful onboarding of corporate clients by tailoring integration strategies to their specific workflows and requirements.

2. Project Management
* Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for each integration project.
* Coordinate with internal teams (product, engineering, operations) and external stakeholders (banks, corporate clients, vendors) to ensure successful project execution.
* Anticipate and mitigate risks, resolving challenges that arise during integration.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration
* Serve as the primary point of contact for banks and corporate clients during integration projects.
* Conduct regular updates, workshops, and training sessions to align stakeholders and ensure smooth adoption of solutions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.

4. Technical Support & Troubleshooting
* Provide hands-on support during system setup, testing, and go-live phases.
* Address technical challenges related to APIs, data exchange, and system compatibility, ensuring minimal disruption to partner operations.
* Monitor post-integration performance and provide ongoing technical support to banks and corporates.

5. Compliance & Regulatory Adherence
* Ensure integration processes comply with regulatory requirements, including data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS) and banking standards.
* Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to address specific requirements of banks and corporate clients. 6. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
* Gather feedback from clients and stakeholders to refine and optimize integration processes.
* Stay updated with fintech trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to propose innovative integration solutions.
* Collaborate with product teams to enhance the fintech platform based on integration learnings.

The Successful Applicant

Required Qualifications & Experience Education:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
* A master's degree or MBA is preferred, especially with a focus on finance, technology, or project management. Experience:
* 6+ years of experience in system integration, fintech, transaction banking, or corporate financial workflows.
* Proven track record of managing integrations with banks and corporates, including ERP and payment systems.
* Expertise in API development, middleware solutions, and data exchange protocols (e.g. ISO20022, JSON, XML).

Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in fintech and banking technologies, including core banking systems, payment platforms, and ERP tools.
* Experience with integration tools and platforms e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Postman etc

Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Certification. Certifications in transaction banking or trade finance (e.g., CTP, CDCS).
