About Our Client

Job Description
- Engage and build cross sell opportunities of existing products both on the digital banking platform.
- Design customer journey for new liability product features.
- Developing and updating procedures, policies, controls and monitoring plans for liabilities business.
- Business SPOC for Internal & External Audits and ensuring maximum satisfactory grade.
- Compare digital liability strategies of other banks and keep enhancing our platform.
- Campaign management: Ideate, create and run campaigns for driving usage.
- Define business requirement and work with technology teams to launch offerings via liaison with Internal & External partners
- Manage the P&L responsibility (including increasing revenue through transactions, book build up, reducing costs, increasing activation rates etc.)
- Conduct market analysis, feasibility studies and trend analysis to keep abreast of industry development and identify opportunities and submit new product proposals.
- Define and maintain product strategy, product revenue, market adoption, and Portfolio Management and penetration goals.
- Work with Marketing to develop and implement customer contact strategies and marketing tools to support acquisition and cross sale activities.
- Monitor industry, market, competitor and regulatory trends to ensure that opportunities and risk are identified and appropriate plans are implemented
The Successful Applicant
- 10-15 Years + experience in Retail/Digital Banking
- 3 Years + Experienced in Product development, Management, product development, Branding.
- Experience in Human Centric Design and Customer Journeys
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Power point
