Job Description

  • Drive the product design lifecycle, from conceptualisation to final implementation, ensuring exceptional user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
  • Set and maintain a long-term vision for product design that aligns with business goals and user needs.
  • Conduct advanced user research, usability testing, and market analysis to create products that exceed user expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on ambitious goals and bring innovative ideas to life.
  • Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creativity and excellence.
  • Build and scale robust design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
  • Solve complex design challenges with a blend of creative and analytical approaches, delivering impactful solutions quickly and effectively.

The Successful Applicant

  • 6-10 years of experience in product design, demonstrated by a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered solutions and measurable impact.
  • Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments, ideally in startups or fintech companies.
  • Advanced proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Suite, along with a solid understanding of interaction design and information architecture.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
