Job Description

  • Developing and implementing strategic procurement plans.
  • Negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers
  • Managing relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
  • Implementing cost-saving measures in procurement processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry and company standards in all procurement activities.
  • Regularly reporting on procurement metrics and KPIs.

The Successful Applicant

An ideal candidate will be a MBA graduate with 15+ years of experience in the Procurement department within the paints and chemicals industry. He/she should have strong strategic sourcing experience for both direct as well as indirect materials along with good leadership experience.
