About Our Client

Our client is one of the fastest growing companies in the specialty chemicals space. They are looking to hire a "Process Engineering Lead".

Job Description

  • Preparation of Basic and detail engineering of new project.
  • Take care of new molecule development from R&D & validate the process for plant & scale up activity.
  • Responsible for Pre-commissioning and commissioning activity of new project.
  • Ensure the safety study (HAZOP, PHA, PSSR & punch point etc.
  • Responsible for plant shutdown and start up activity of DCS automation plant.
  • Responsible for Management of Change (MOC)- Reviewing, designing & implementation.
  • Debottleneck and capacity enhancement for the existing products.
  • Review and Analysis of existing process & improvement in Yield, Solvent Recovery with best technical preface resulted in cost reduction.

The Successful Applicant

  • Atleast 15 yrs of experience
  • Should have experience working in a continuous plant
  • Educational Background: BTech/BE Chemical or Mechanical
  • Exposure of Plant layout and equipment mapping r.t process intensification, energy intensification.
