About Our Client

A leading specialised private banking firm with a global set up across 20 countries which specialises into investment banking, institutional equities, asset management, private banking, capital markets, SME finance and legacy planning is expanding its footprint in India. This is a hybrid role (part player, part coach) to provide sustainable wealth creation solutions to UHNI clients along with building a high performing team of private bankers.

Job Description

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Ultra High Net Worth clients
  • Deliver bespoke investment, wealth planning, and family office solutions
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a team of private bankers to be high performing
  • Collaborate with internal partners across investment, legal, tax, and other functions
  • Act as a strategic thought partner in growing the business
  • Maintain highest levels of service and delivery to existing clients

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management or private banking
  • Proven track record of managing high net worth clients and achieving sales targets
  • In-depth knowledge of banking and investment products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
