Job Description



  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of Center, translating strategic vision into actionable initiatives


  • Lead and execute cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals


  • Manage executive communications, stakeholder engagement, and high-quality reporting


  • Oversee project delivery, budgeting, and operational performance


  • Build and strengthen external partnerships while identifying new business opportunities


  • Drive continuous improvement and organizational change initiatives



The Successful Applicant



  • 13+ years of experience in technology, product development, or consulting


  • Engineering/Computer Science degree with an MBA


  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills


  • Proven ability to manage complex programs and influence senior stakeholders


  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and digital transformation practices


  • Executive presence with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
