Job Description

  • Lead, manage and deliver large consulting assignments with clients in the automotive space
  • Devise and implement strategies to drive changes in the business improvement division
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project success
  • Oversee the project budget and resource allocation
  • Business Development will also form a key component of the role
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of trends and developments in automotive industry
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard
  • Drive the cultivation of a positive team culture and environment

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Principal' should have:

  • 11+ years of overall experience in consultancy, strategy and change
  • Candidate should come with experience dealing with strategy and consulting projects with clients in the automotive sector
  • S/he should have a good understanding of managing consulting projects with an exposure of working with clients from different industries
  • S/he should have a very good experience of stakeholder management during the course of a project.
