The Practice Head - Gen AI will lead the vision, strategy, and P&L for the Generative AI practice, driving innovation and large-scale AI/ML solution delivery across industries. This person will build and mentor high-performing teams, fosters innovation, and partners with clients to deliver scalable, ethical, and high-impact GenAI solutions.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Generative AI practice, with full P&L ownership aligned to business objectives.
  • Identify emerging GenAI trends, frameworks, and industry use cases to drive innovation and establish market leadership
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML and GenAI solutions using TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, and Hugging Face
  • Deep hands-on experience across NLP, transformers (GPT, BERT), diffusion models, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Proven experience delivering AI solutions across diverse sectors such as banking, healthcare, retail, and media.
  • Build, mentor, and upskill high-performing AI/ML teams; foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Practice Head - Gen AI should have:

  • A strong educational background in data science, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of generative AI and its applications across multiple industries.
  • Proven experience in analytics and AI project management.
  • Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commitment to staying updated with advancements in AI technologies.
