Job Description

  • Drive the establishment and governance of PMO frameworks aligned with SAP Activate phases, ensuring consistent delivery standards
  • Develop and maintain high-quality project documentation and presentations
  • Monitor project compliance with SAP Activate tools, templates, and methodology, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions to uphold delivery excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project execution, introducing process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead the continuous refinement of PMO processes and systems to support SAP program scalability, risk mitigation, and strategic alignment with business objectives.

  • Proven track record in creating and refining PMO policies, frameworks, and governance models.
  • Adept at reviewing projects for adherence to organizational standards, tools, and templates.
