Our client is a leading MNC in the semi-conductor industry, known for its cutting-edge technology and commitment to operational excellence. They are looking to hire for a PMO lead based out of Bangalore.

Job Description

The major responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and manage projects to enhance operational excellence across various functions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline manufacturing processes.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency improvements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution.
  • Analyse operational data to recommend process enhancements.
  • Support the adoption of best practices within the engineering and manufacturing departments.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies

The Successful Applicant

An ideal candidate is a full time engineer with 15+ yrs of experience in program management in semiconductor/defence and aerospace/automobile/industrial automation industries. They must have lean six sigma black belt certification. They should have worked on program management in the field of operations i.e. worked on transformation/continuous improvement/ supply chain transformation projects. They must have team management experience and have handled senior team members. They should have clear and concise communication skills.
