HR Strategy & ImplementationDevelop and implement HR policies and practices tailored to the plant's operational needs.Align plant HR objectives with corporate strategies to achieve business goals.Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.2. Talent Acquisition & ManagementOversee end-to-end recruitment for the plant, ensuring the availability of skilled manpower.Facilitate onboarding and induction processes for new hires.Identify skill gaps and implement targeted training programs to upskill employees.3. Employee Relations & Industrial RelationsAct as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.Build and maintain harmonious relationships with unions and worker representatives.Negotiate and manage long-term wage settlements, ensuring industrial harmony.4. Statutory Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure adherence to all labor laws, factory regulations, and other statutory requirements.Conduct audits and maintain proper documentation for compliance purposes.Proactively identify and mitigate HR-related risks.5. Performance ManagementDrive the performance appraisal process and ensure timely feedback and goal-setting.Develop recognition programs to reward high-performing individuals and teams.6. HR Operations & ReportingManage payroll, attendance, and leave systems for the plant workforce.Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR metrics for management reporting.Leverage HR technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.7.
