The Plant Head will have full manufacturing operations responsibility of the business and will be expected to work with the leadership team on strategy that will focus on initiatives to augment the efficiency of the operations to facilitate accelerating development and long-term success.

Job Description

Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible to:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the manufacturing facility's operations in Gujarat
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards within the manufacturing industry.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineering and manufacturing professionals.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and deliverables.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational processes.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and clients.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Plant Head should have:

  • A full time engineering degree and experience in fabrication
  • Manufacturing leadership with a scale of atleast INR 300 crores to start with.
