Job Description

  • Lead and manage daily plant operations across production, quality, and maintenance
  • Drive efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards
  • Implement continuous improvement programs and lean manufacturing practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for demand planning and supply chain efficiency
  • Build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing operations team

The Successful Applicant

A successful Plant Head should have:

  • Engineering graduate with 15+ years of experience in FMCG/Food Manufacturing
  • Proven leadership experience managing large-scale plant operations
  • Strong understanding of production planning, quality systems, and maintenance processes
  • Expertise in lean, TPM, or Six Sigma methodologies
  • Excellent communication, people management, and problem-solving skills
