Job Description



  • Financial Oversight & Cost Management: Manage Plant P&L, budgets/forecasts, and maintain batch-wise costing for all products, ensuring compliance with financial policies and identifying cost drivers and deviations.


  • Capital Investment & Expansion: Develop and control capital investment plans, partnering with the business on future expansion and driving financial growth.


  • Audit, Compliance & Internal Controls: Champion audit and compliance processes, ensuring control over assets/liabilities and 100% adherence to internal controls and tax regulations.


  • Operational Excellence & Reporting: Drive functional excellence through analytics, reporting, and the development of key metrics and functional scorecards to optimise performance.


  • Procurement Integrity & Vendor Management: Ensuring proper coordination between stakeholders and authenticity reviews for all existing and new vendors/suppliers.



The Successful Applicant

  • CA/ICWA with 7 - 10 years of experience as Supply/Factory finance role
  • Prior experience of manufacturing / Food industry
  • Plant controller experience in Manufacturing industry
  • Willing to relocate to Pilibhit, UP
