Job Description

  • Responsible for planning, executing, and maintaining performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Owns end-to-end creative strategy to scale and optimize campaign effectiveness
  • Identifies trends and insights to refine spend allocation and improve performance
  • Designs and runs continuous experiments to uncover new growth and efficiency opportunities
  • Operates at both strategic and tactical levels - generating growth ideas, managing execution, and analyzing traffic data
  • Tracks key metrics like revenue, conversions, CPA, CPI daily and delivers actionable performance reports

The Successful Applicant

  • A successful Performance Marketing Manager should have: Over 4+ years of full-time experience specializing in performance marketing
  • Demonstrated success in scaling profitable campaigns through innovative creative strategies
  • Deep expertise in rapidly scaling campaigns on at least two of the following platforms: Google Ads (Search, Discovery, YouTube, Display), LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads
  • Hands-on experience with additional platforms such as Quora Ads, Reddit Ads, and others
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on designing, executing, and interpreting experiments -delivering actionable insights beyond raw data
  • Skilled in conceptualizing and producing compelling ad creatives
  • Excellent written communication abilities
  • Proven experience in hiring, managing, and mentoring high-performing marketing teams
