Performance Strategy & OwnershipLead and oversee the full-funnel performance marketing plan across Meta, Google, DV360, Programmatic, YouTube, and Affiliate networks, ensuring alignment with business and brand objectives.2. Agency CoordinationCollaborate closely with the media agency to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns. Review media plans, performance reports, and optimization strategies regularly to ensure effective spend utilization and ROI.2. Performance Metrics & OptimizationTrack and manage key metrics including CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and LTV. Ensure budget efficiency and continuously improve campaign effectiveness through A/B testing, creative experiments, and audience refinement.3. Cross-functional CollaborationPartner with merchandising, content, product, and creative teams to align campaigns with collection launches, key trading moments, and promotional priorities.4. Vendor Evaluation & OnboardingIdentify and onboard new marketing vendors or technology partners that can deliver better performance outcomes, efficiency, and cost advantages. Continuously evaluate vendor performance to ensure value delivery.5. Insights & ReportingAnalyze campaign performance and consumer behavior through GA4, Appsflyer, and Adobe Analytics. Build weekly and monthly dashboards highlighting key learnings, insights, and recommendations.6. Channel ExperimentationIdentify and test new paid growth opportunities across emerging channels such as Pinterest, Snapchat, and Influencer-led Performance Partnerships.7.
