About Our Client
Our client is a non-profit development sector firm, with the objective of promoting the growth and use of sustainable agri products.
- The incumbent will be responsible for driving the core values of the organisation, with the intention of securing business objectives
- The candidate will need to liaise with multiple stakeholders, like agri producers, traders, consumer good manufacturers, retailers, banks, NGOs and government bodies for driving the value proposition of the organisation
- The candidate will be responsible for the quarter on quarter growth of revenue and maximising client engagement for the assigned territory
- He / she will be required to represent the organisation in national and international forums and conferences.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate should have an inner flair for entrepreneurship, and someone with a previous experience of running his/her own venture would be preferred.
The candidate should be extremely resilient and strategic in his / her outlook and approach,
Must have the ability to liaise with multiple stake holders, and lead complex negotiations.
A prior experience in sustainability, social responsibility initiatives, will be preferred
Candidate must have excellent communication skills.
