Job Description

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimise costs and ensure quality standards.
  • Oversee supply chain operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain goals with organisational objectives.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring favourable terms and long-term partnerships.
  • Manage logistics end to end and focus on warehouse management as well
  • Drive process improvements and adopt technology to enhance operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operations Head should have:

  • Proven expertise in procurement, logstics, wharehouse management and supply chain management
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills to manage teams and complex operations.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance within the Internet sector.
  • Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
